Full Bloom 2024
You are cordially invited to apply to be a sponsor or vendor for Emerald Village’s Full Bloom Festival this spring.

Full Bloom is a family friendly gathering of 300+ community minded leaders, visionaries and co-conspirators. Music, workshops, food and fun for 2.5 days at our community oasis in North County San Diego.
Regardless of whether you can make it personally, or if you would rather send some of your stellar products along, our community reach will likely be in the 100K range worldwide between ours and our collaborators reach.
Your participation means putting your products, services and missions in front of a curated and targeted audience just right for you.
This invitation is being extended to a select few organizations who we believe our audience will appreciate and enjoy now and well in the future.
Our commitment: Collaborate with intentional, innovative, health and sustainability minded organizations. We also commit to spotlighting each category of business without saturation.
Here is what is included with each level of participation:

Rose: $1500
1 booth* (mid level booth location) or featured speaking slot or event hosting opportunity**

Wisteria: $5000
1 double sized booth* (premium booth location) AND a featured speaking spot or event/zone hosting opportunity**

SOLO VENDORS $250
(only one business allowed per booth)
1 booth

1 free ticket (no meals). Vendor’s assistants half/off
VENDOR VILLAGE: $75 (limited number of spaces)
This will be a zone with multiple vendors in a shared space
Each vendor in this zone will have room to set up a 6ft table, chair and decor
1 discounted ticket

**Event hosting opportunities are perfect for products (with or without representatives from the company). Our plan is to have social hours to highlight beverages and food products. Partial and full trades may be an option for event hosting opportunities.
Other trade opportunities for sponsorship may include marketing/digital support and full leadership for our various zones (i.e. kid zone, stages, activity zones, etc.) Please reach out to us to discuss in advance. pr@theemeraldvillage.com

Please submit your sponsor/vendor application by March 10th to ensure you are included in all of your agreed upon marketing. This is an application and not a guarantee to be a sponsor or vendor.
You will receive a confirmation either way regarding your status within 10 days of submission.
If accepted, a contract will be provided with request for payment to paid immediately to hold your space.
We work diligently to minimize multiple booths or events with the same offerings.
For example, we will limit clothing, products and services to 1-2 in the same category to ensure your unique offerings are featured.
